
My coaching programs are designed specifically to assist you to identify, challenge and replace your unhelpful thinking patterns and aspects of your leadership style. They help you raise your leadership awareness and boost your leadership effectiveness.
As Leaders, we are continually being asked to do more with less. We have to balance each day between achieving organisational tasks and managing the performance, and wellbeing of our people. This has become even more difficult due to the challenges associated with Covid-19, including leading remote and hybrid teams.
This requires a very deliberate and conscious awareness of our leadership style and the leadership choices we make each day. Unfortunately, many leaders operate in ‘default’ mode. They are often either unclear on their leadership purpose or have lost connection with their passion for leading and improving others.

Everyone is different, however most of my coaching clients come to me because they are experiencing challenges in one of the following two areas:
- Leading My People – “If it wasn’t for having to lead people, my job would be easier”. Ahhh people – leading the beautifully diverse, complicated, unpredictable, and often irrational group of human beings that make up our teams. I can help you with practical strategies for having the important leadership conversations – performance feedback, check in’s, wellbeing & mental health.
- Leading Myself – Do you see yourself as a leader? Is the security blanket of your technical expertise keeping you from delegating as effectively as you could? Suffer from “Imposter Syndrome” from time to time? I can help you understand more about your leadership style, as well as the impact of that style on those you lead. By understanding more about your signature strengths (as well as any derailers that might be limiting your progress), we can also enhance your ‘leadership brand’.

- Expect to have fun – coaching also involves tapping into your strengths and areas of passion – expect me to support you throughout your journey.
Coaching can be conducted (virtually or face to face) through a 6 or 10 session model, with sessions occurring weekly, fortnightly or monthly to suit your needs. Additional 3 session “coaching top up packs” can also be purchased if you need “just a little bit more”. Small group coaching sessions are also available.
